Cherish Album
I know, I know... it has been a looooong time since I posted. Sigh. Always the best intentions, huh? I have been very busy with other ventures but now that I have some free time, I'm devoting it to getting more images up on the blog. This is an album I made for Mike as a Valentine's Day gift. He loved it and I loved making it for him. Since there are several pages, I'm going to post the first six images now and string it out over several days. Don't worry, you'll get to see the entire album and at the end I'll give you a supply list!

Dipping My Toe in the Water

Being a professional procrastinator, I mean perfectionist, draws many an envious fan, however the peeps are getting restless. I've been "building" this blog for two months with nary a post to show for it. Sure, I've had plenty of excuses. The cat ate my project. The kids are too loud. The moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter's aligned with Mars. I drank too many Mint Juleps on Derby Day... no wait... that was way true! Regardless, it's time to face the world. I can figure out how to add all the little goodies another time. Now it's time to post!
I spent a few hours yesterday making a card for my wonderful Mother-in-Law and I'll share it with you here. (DON'T LOOK, JOAN!) This was a pure labor of love. Mike and I had a three year long distance relationship culminating in our wedding the day after Thanksgiving. His mother was our biggest fan... always supportive, encouraging and reminding us in the dark days of our being apart that someday soon we would start our forever life together, just as was meant to be. And she was right. I wouldn't trade my husband or my new mother for anything! Happy Mother's Day, Joan!!!
And One More Thing...
It has come to my attention that not only did I not show the inside of the card, but I didn't tell everyone what products I used on the project. sigh....
